Combat Taekwondo / The heart of long range combat training

We ensure that you not only learn the techniques, but you learn to use them effectively in 'non-compliant', as real as we can make it, situations. Every individual is encouraged to develop in their own way, we are not in the business of creating clones, just confident, effective fighters and martial artists.

  • No need to book, please feel free to come along and try a session for free. All you'll need is some loose fitting, comfortable clothing and a positive attitude.

A complete performance training system, working on everything you need to reach your fitness and performance potential as quickly and effectively as possible.

Kids Class / training for under 14's

With a focus on movement, exercise and technique, kids are encouraged to try hard, to make friends and to work together. Their training is less intense and less physical than the adult classes but is equally rewarding and effective

Making the grade

Regular in class competitions, a structured grading syllabus and individual rewards make physical activity fun and challenging.

Private Training / For one on one or small group training

The class enviroment is brilliant to make friends, to work and train with people with similar goals and to grow and progress together. Unfortunately, we all have busy lives and sometimes class times are inconvenient. Private sessions are ideal as you get focussed attention from the coach at a time that suits you.

Specifics and speed.

Private coaching is also ideal if you have a specific goal to meet, for example if you have a fight coming up and need to train strategically, or if you just want to progress faster than normal. 1 on 1 tuition generally sees you improve 2-3 times faster than in a class environment as you have more focussed attention.

  • 1 to 1 or small group (5 or fewer) training in all aspects of the combat taekwondo system and/or S.C.A.R. including complete fight preperation training.
